The University of Melbourne will again host Australia's premier conference on Chronic Disease Self-management. The 2007 conference generated unprecedented interest and sponsored international linkages between researchers, practitioners and policymakers. In the context of new and emerging national and international policy and programs, this year's conference represents a very valuable opportunity for international knowledge exchange.
